It is a QuickTime Movie file so if its not working check and see if you have the necessary drivers for that program.

Its not allowing import into AECC. Reads that the Pre Rendered file is corrupt or unsupported. Is there a fix for this?

This is great. Very easy to follow as a new user. Where did you get the audio used in the example?

I second this question. Is the audio from video copilot or someone else?

Its been a while since I made the tutorial but I’m pretty sure for the audio I just compiled sounds from Video Copilot’s Designer Sound FX.

For those of you that are having trouble importing the footage into after effects make sure you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer because it is a .mov file type. I am running AECC and have the latest version of QuickTime and have had no problems importing the file. If you have had the problem and getting working please comment on this post to let others know how you fixed it. Thanks!

This file type has nothing to do with After Effects. It is a .mov file. If you have any problems check your Quicktime program and make sure it is up to date.

Hello Tim, the version I’m using is After Effects CC. Is there a plugin for Video Co pilot? And where could I download it. I am also on a MAC, so RAR files won’t work. I found your tutorials on Youtube and they are awesome. Thank you for sharing them.
