We had a problem with the servers we store all our information on. However, we now have it corrected and everything should be working fine. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I have the latest version of QuickTime Installed, but it’s still not importing my file without a problem, is downloading the latest version of QuickTime the only thing I need to do?

Tim! I do not know how else to contact you but I had a question about your adobe tutorial on fracture effect. I can’t for the life of me figure out the camera pan and keyframes!!! I managed to do it in other ways, but it takes way longer. Also, it doesn’t flow as nicely as how you did it. Please help. Thanks!!!

Try making sure the layer that you are trying to alter is a 3d layer. If the 3d layer button is not checked you wont be able to adjust the camera controls. Also, to make your animation flow nicer try using “easy-ease” by right clicking on the keyframe, going to Keyframe Assistant, and then choose Easy Ease. You can also press F9 on you keyboard as a shortcut. Let me know if this helps!
